Job summary

Alliance Cancer Specialists is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Services Manager to oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations across our oncology practice. This in-office role includes leadership for clinical services, regulatory compliance, budgeting, inventory management, and staff development.

Travel to other practice sites is required from the home location in Bensalem. The role serves physicians, clinicians, and staff with oncology therapeutics expertise, pharmacoeconomics, cancer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD preferred.
• Current Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• 5+ years as a Registered Pharmacist.
• 2+ years in leadership/management.
• 5+ years in pharmacy with IV admixture experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service.
• Provide clinical expertise to physicians on oncology medications and regimens.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, QA initiatives, and safety programs.
• Lead drug management and process improvement to optimize outcomes and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory control, and drug utilization.
• Establish dispensing, billing, and drug control procedures.
