xCures Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to engage with key opinion leaders and clinical leadership for platform adoption of the Clinical Clarity Engine.

You will translate complex clinical and operational needs into actionable strategies and work with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to ensure client success. The role requires a PhD in life sciences and 4+ years as an MSL in oncology diagnostics, with exceptional communication skills and remote-work readiness.

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences with oncology focus required.
• 4+ years as an MSL in oncology diagnostics.
• Ability to translate complex science for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with real-world data and data quality considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scientific liaison in client discussions and define data needs.
• Explain data extraction capabilities and ensure scientific accuracy.
• Act as oncology and real-world data SME in client meetings.
• Advise on interpretation and provenance of real-world data.
• Support design and execution of client-led real-world studies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape features.
• Lead collaborations on publications with clients and researchers.
• Represent xCures at conferences and external forums.
