Job summary

Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison for the West Region to build and sustain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators. The MSL will provide scientific exchange, education, and support clinical development activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires an advanced degree and 5+ years in biotech/pharma, with oncology experience preferred. Up to 60% regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a life sciences field; 5+ years biotech/pharma experience; 3+ years as an MSL or field medical role; Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators.
• Deliver fair-balanced scientific exchange and medical education to healthcare professionals.
• Independently interpret and communicate complex clinical data clearly to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Communications, Regulatory, and other teams to support Medical Affairs strategy.
