Job summary

Zentalis Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison for the Central Region. This field-based role focuses on developing and maintaining scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators, delivering science-based education, and supporting clinical development activities.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to provide medical insights and support advisory boards and investigator-sponsored trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related life sciences experience; oncology preferred.
• 3+ years as an MSL or in a comparable Field Medical role.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data clearly and accurately.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with key opinion leaders and investigators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators.
• Execute strategic engagement plans and identify new sites and engagement opportunities.
• Deliver fair-balanced scientific exchange and medical education to healthcare professionals.
• Interpret complex clinical data for diverse audiences.
• Communicate actionable medical insights to inform Medical Affairs strategy.
• Support local, regional, and national scientific meetings and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for medical affairs and development objectives.
• Travel up to 60% regionally with limited international travel.
