Job summary

Novartis AG seeks a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to engage Healthcare Providers and medical experts in assigned territories. Qualifications

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience level: Manager 0-3 yrs or Associate Director 3-7 yrs in field medical/MSL roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Healthcare Providers and medical experts to discuss data and insights.
• Support clinical trial activities and educational initiatives within territory.
• Map and plan medical engagements with key accounts across assigned geography.
• Ensure compliance with Novartis policies and regulatory guidelines.
