Novartis is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to advance clinical practice in the assigned territory, primarily field-based and remote. The MSL will engage with healthcare professionals, discuss data, and support trials within the Minneapolis, MN geography, with travel and compliance requirements in place.

The role requires deep therapeutic expertise and ability to build strategic territory plans, collaborate across departments, and drive insights that inform medical strategy.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree in science or healthcare; doctoral degree preferred (MD, PhD, DNP, PharmD, etc.)
• Experience: Leveling guidelines with manager/associate director levels based on years in Field Medical/MSL or medical affairs
• Requirements: Strong clinical knowledge, FDA promotional guidelines, ethics and compliance
• Residency: Within territory or within 50 miles commuting distance; valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Engage with HCPs and thought leaders to advance medical strategy within the territory
• Support clinical trial activities and collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic area and Novartis compounds to serve as a medical resource
• Profile core customers and ensure up-to-date CRM information
• Engage in education on disease state, pipeline discussions and medical insights
