The MSL will maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and Novartis compounds, ensuring compliant, non-promotional communications and alignment with company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge including pharmacotherapy, treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, medical expert engagement strategies, and FDA promotional guidelines.

• Engage with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and medical experts to discuss data and clinical implications.
• Manage and develop the territory; map key accounts and plan medical engagements aligned to medical strategy.
• Capture adverse events and medical insights across stages of the product lifecycle.
• Support clinical trial activities and provide medical information in alignment with Novartis policies.
