US Oncology Network-wide Career Opportunities is seeking an experienced Oncology Liaison Sr. to lead sales and growth initiatives across designated markets. You will collaborate with physicians, site managers and practice staff to drive referrals and profitability while using data to guide strategy and performance.

A strong background in healthcare sales and relationship management is essential. The role emphasizes strategic planning, CRM analytics, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree required, preferably in Sales/Marketing/Healthcare
• 5-7 years healthcare sales experience, preferably calling on physician accounts
• MBA preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute sales and marketing strategies with leaders and staff.
• Maintain relationships with referring physicians and practice staff.
• Develop and implement practice growth strategies in core markets.
• Utilize CRM and BI reporting to track growth and performance.
• Train or mentor other Oncology Liaisons (may have supervisory duties).
