Job summary

Amgen in New York City seeks a Senior Oncology Specialist to act as the clinical liaison to physicians, delivering in-depth knowledge of Amgen's oncology portfolio and communicating clinical and economic benefits.

You will build and execute a territory plan, manage accounts, and drive sales while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve patient access in Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with relevant healthcare/science exposure.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field.
• Alternatively, a relevant degree with extended field experience or entry-level clinical sales exposure.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan with branded sales messages.
• Service and manage accounts, ensure product access and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Craft an effective marketing strategy to drive sales in oncology.
• Analyze sales activity and territory performance with the District Manager.
