Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in the U.S. Great Plains region seeks a Senior Oncology District Manager to lead a field-based team of Oncology Sales Specialists, driving the sales plan and market penetration for our cancer therapies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in pharma with 5+ in commercial roles, strong leadership, and willingness to travel up to 40%. You will partner with cross-functional teams to advance patient access while navigating reimbursement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years relevant experience; 5+ years in sales or cross-functional commercial roles in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare.
Willingness to travel up to 40% with a valid driver's license.
Experience in Oncology or hospital/large account sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute territory business plans for oncology products.
Lead, inspire, and motivate a field-based sales team within budget.
Develop and implement leadership and talent development within the team.
Engage with internal and external customers to align on patient access and outcomes.
Operate in the field with regulatory/promotional compliance and field-based execution.
