Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline plc is seeking a Dx Planning Lead within Oncology Translational Medicine. You will oversee development activities, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure regulatory and compliance readiness.

The role blends project leadership with scientific expertise in biomarkers and diagnostics. The position is hybrid in the US, requiring 2–3 days onsite with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to support OTM by coordinating Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial.
• Represent GSK to external partners to ensure project objectives meet scope, cost, quality, and timeline milestones.
• Analyze, plan, and track project activities; manage costs, risk, and schedule.
• Communicate timelines, milestones, and goals to project teams and stakeholders.
• Track and update project budgets, milestones, and payments; manage diagnostic contracts and invoices.
• Organize internal/external meetings, document discussions, ensure timely resolution of actions.
• Oversee strategic planning to align with OTM goals and enable SME-driven support to programs.
• Demonstrate accountability and urgency for timely completion of projects.
