Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Program Lead in Data Management to oversee multiple clinical studies from a data perspective, with a strong emphasis on oncology and data quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

The role drives process improvements, ensures inspection readiness, and may serve as the primary data contact for day-to-day activities across studies and programs. Experience in leading study teams and CRO/vendor oversight is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical data management experience in biopharma.
• At least 5 years in a lead role.
• Strong oncology background.
• Proficiency in EDC systems like Medidata Rave.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead study teams.
• Manage vendor relationships (CROs, labs).
• Develop and review EDC databases.
• Perform data validation.
• Contribute to protocol and analysis document review.
• Support process standardization and inspection readiness.
• May act as the primary data contact and oversee day-to-day data management activities.
