Frontier Medicines is seeking two Sr. Clinical Trial Managers to support the day-to-day execution of our oncology clinical trials as they advance through clinical development.

Working under the guidance of our Sr. Director, Clinical Operations, you will serve as a key operational contact for our CROs and trial sites, helping drive feasibility assessments, site selection, start-up, maintenance, and close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/healthcare field or RN required.
• 5–7 years of Clin Trial Manager or Clinical Project Management experience.
• Experience supporting oncology studies preferred.
• Vendor and CRO management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative approach.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities within one or more trials: feasibility, site selection, start-up, maintenance, close-out.
• Act as operational contact for CROs and trial sites, identifying and escalating issues.
• Oversee CRO and vendor set-up, ensuring timely study initiation.
• Review site regulatory documents and elevate to stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure inspection readiness, TMF quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify operational challenges and propose mitigation plans with senior team.
• Review protocols, ICFs, CRFs and other documents as needed.
• Monitor study performance metrics, timelines, CRO trip reports.
• Track study budgets and vendor invoices, flag discrepancies.
• Maintain timely study registration on ClinicalTrials.gov and registries.
• Coordinate Clinical Trial Team meetings and action item follow-up.
• Maintain trackers, databases, and repositories.
• Provide regular study updates to stakeholders and support enrollment, database lock, and closeout.
