Job summary

Frontier Medicines seeks two Sr. Clinical Trial Managers to lead day-to-day execution of oncology trials, reporting to the Sr. Director, Clinical Operations. You will coordinate across CROs and sites for feasibility, start-up, maintenance, and close-out with hands-on ownership.

This hybrid Boston-based role requires 2-3 days onsite weekly, plus travel to sites and meetings as needed, offering exposure to program strategy and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/healthcare field or RN.
• 5-7 years of Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Project Management experience, preferably in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities within one or more oncology clinical trials (feasibility, site selection, start-up, maintenance, close-out).
• Act as operational contact for CROs and trial sites, escalating issues as needed.
• Oversight of CRO and vendor set-up to ensure timely study initiation.
• Review site-level regulatory documents and ensure inspection readiness and TMF quality.
• Monitor study performance metrics, timelines, and CRO reports; manage budgets and vendor invoices.
