Job summary

Morgan Prestwich is seeking a senior clinical development professional to join the Oncology team. The role focuses on scientific leadership, design, execution, and reporting of early-phase oncology trials, with emphasis on data review and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will author study protocols, CSRs, and ICFs, interpret emerging data for internal decision-making, and mentor junior colleagues while advancing regulatory submissions and scientific communications.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or MD in a life-science discipline strongly preferred; Master's with oncology development experience considered.
• 8-12+ years of clinical development experience in oncology.
• Hands-on experience with protocol development, data review, CSR preparation, and cross-functional study team participation.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH, and global regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMA).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, implementation, and reporting of early phase oncology trials.
• Lead authoring and review of protocols, investigator brochures, CSRs, and consent forms.
• Participate in medical data review, safety surveillance, and interim/final analyses.
• Ensure consistent scientific messaging across documents, publications, and presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
