Job summary

Reporting to the Clinical Development Lead, you will collaborate with the Senior Scientist and cross-functional teams to ensure scientific quality, data integrity, and robust interpretation of clinical data in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive oncology clinical development experience.
• Ability to lead study design and regulatory communications.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership across study components within the asset-level strategy.
• Serve on the Clinical Matrix Team to align objectives and deliverables.
• Inform asset-level strategy and go/no-go decisions with scientific input.
• Ensure quality and consistency of protocols, CSRs, and submissions.
• Analyse data to derive safety, efficacy, and population insights.
• Engage with investigators and external experts to support study execution.
