Job summary

American Oncology Network AON is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III (RN) in Fredericksburg, VA to oversee protocol coordination and data integrity under PI supervision. This role includes complex interventional study procedures (phase 1-3), informed consent discussions, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, 2–5 years in oncology, and can work independently with strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• 2-5 years nursing experience, oncology preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remotely when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients on clinical research protocols per GCP/ICH requirements.
• Review informed consent documents and discuss with patients.
• Manage receipt, inventory, and distribution of investigational products.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across trials.
