Job summary

Hematology & Oncology Associates of Fredericksburg is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III (RN) to oversee the performance of research studies under the PI. This role requires reliability, independence, and a strong clinical research foundation within oncology.

You will handle protocol-based procedures, consent discussions, adverse event reporting, and ensure data integrity while coordinating across multi-site trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Unencumbered RN License in state of employment or multi-state license.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; oncology preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients on clinical research protocols per GCP/ICH.
• Review informed consent and assess subject eligibility.
• Document adverse events and ensure sponsor/IRB reporting.
• Manage investigational products, inventory and study materials.
• Maintain accurate data for audits and CAPA processes.
• Support budget development and billing compliance.
