Qualifications

• Experience in rare disease, orphan oncology, or highly specialized markets preferred.
• Ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue with academic healthcare professionals.
• Understanding of reimbursement processes for oral oncolytics and patient access support.
• Proven track record managing complex academic and community oncology accounts.
• Willingness to travel 80% across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, and darovasertib.
• Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with academic oncologists and ocular specialists.
• Translate clinical data into clear, compliant product education.
• Lead pre-launch and launch activities aligned with national objectives.
• Activate referral networks and support patient access pathways.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services.
• Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders for branding and lifecycle planning.
• Manage budgets, CRM reporting, and compliance within timelines.
