The role requires 10+ years pharma sales with 5+ years oncology, strong scientific dialogue, and the ability to manage complex accounts within a hybrid, on-site work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline.
• 10+ years pharmaceutical sales experience; 5+ years oncology sales.
• Proven success launching first-in-class or specialty oncology products in the US.
• Experience in rare disease, orphan oncology, or highly specialized markets preferred.
• Ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue with academic healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement pathways for oral oncolytics and patient access.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma and darovasertib’s mechanism of action.
• Develop and execute territory and ecosystem account strategies to drive product utilization.
• Cultivate peer-level relationships with academic oncologists and ocular specialists.
• Translate complex clinical data into clear, compliant product education for stakeholders.
• Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned with national brand objectives.
