IDEAYA Biosciences is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead territory strategy and drive adoption of darovasertib in a designated region. You will serve as a strategic conduit for clinical, scientific, and market intelligence, engaging academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to advance a first-in-class targeted therapy for uveal melanoma.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, biological sciences, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical sales experience; at least 5 years in oncology.
Proven success launching first-in-class or specialty oncology products in the US.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma and darovasertib; stay current with clinical data.
Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level account strategies.
Cultivate relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Translate complex data into clear, compliant product education for stakeholders.
Lead pre-launch and launch activities aligned with national brand objectives.
Identify and optimize referral networks across patient journeys.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support accounts.
Provide actionable customer insights to brand strategy and lifecycle planning.
Utilize analytics to optimize resource deployment and prioritization.
