Rain is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the onchain surface—the blockchain layer that Rain depends on. You will lead end-to-end work from smart contracts to settlement, and partner with engineering, security, compliance, legal, and fintech collaborators to deliver robust, scalable coverage.

This is a senior IC role with autonomy to define the problem, drive the plan, and own the outcome. You will translate complex protocol work into intuitive product surfaces and clear partner-facing

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product management experience at a product-led company.
• Deep hands-on blockchain fluency with onchain product shipping experience.
• Strong product judgment and analytical rigor.
• Autonomous operator who defines the problem and owns the outcome.
• Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and payments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Rain's onchain product across contracts and settlement.
• Collaborate with engineering on protocol and infrastructure tradeoffs.
• Decide chains, assets, and stablecoins to support and when.
• Drive security standards including audits and monitoring.
• Translate protocol details into intuitive product surfaces and docs.
• Gather partner feedback, prioritize, and push high-leverage work.
• Measure adoption, iterate quickly, and set high standards.
