Department of Economic Security (DES) is seeking a Senior Enterprise OnBase Administrator to join the Division of Technology Services in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on daily support, governance, and configuration of OnBase systems including Okta/AD integrations and SQL monitoring.

The position requires residency in Arizona and offers a pathway within DES to support state services for Arizonans through reliable enterprise infrastructure and automation enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of extensive experience in systems engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with OnBase configurations and integrations.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update OnBase configurations and integrations.
• Prioritize work, analyze events, and produce incident reports.
• Perform system analysis, design, and testing of infrastructure improvements.
• Create process documentation and participate in strategy sessions to streamline processes.
• Review change proposals for standards compliance and provide guidance.
