Ares Enterprise in California seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead Base Operations Support - Information Technology (BOS-IT) services. The PM will manage all task order operations, interface with the Government COR, and drive staffing, scheduling, and service optimization on site at LAAFB.

The candidate must have 15+ years IT/program management (or 10+ with a Bachelor’s), PMP, active Secret clearance (Top Secret eligible preferred), DoD 8140/8570, and PMI/ITIL expertise; capable of

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years IT/program management experience, or 10 years with a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret eligible preferred).
• DoD 8140 / DoD 8570 baseline qualification requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure, help desk ops, network engineering, cybersecurity, and baseline ops support contracts.
• Knowledge of PMI standards and ITIL frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Organize and manage all contract task areas to ensure timely deliverables and CDRLs.
• Interface with Government COR and senior leadership on performance and policy.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and staffing levels to maintain FTEs and minimize vacancies.
• Implement QA programs to ensure deliverables are compliant and client-ready.
• Facilitate weekly operational reviews, PMRs, and government briefings.
• Develop semiannual reports to identify staffing and process efficiencies while preserving security and performance.
