Ares Enterprise is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead BOS-IT services at LAAFB on site. You will oversee contract staff, ensure performance against CDIs and deliverables, and coordinate with the Government COR to align with policy and strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have deep IT program management experience, PMP certification, and an active security clearance. Strong governance, scheduling, and continuous improvement focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT/program management experience.
• Or 10 years experience with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall program leadership and direction across all task orders.
• Serve as primary point of contact to the Government COR.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance against SLA requirements.
• Implement a comprehensive QA program aligned with contract objectives.
• Facilitate weekly operational reviews and PMRs with government leadership.
• Develop semiannual reports to identify operational efficiencies.
• Maintain SOPs, requirements matrices, and lifecycle planning.
• Oversee cost estimates, monthly billing, and AVA/vendor integration.
