McShane Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction management and ensure work is conducted safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a key leadership role that will involve coordination of subcontractors and site staff.

With a salary range of $120,000-140,000 and comprehensive benefits, this position requires strong communication skills and a solid background in construction management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Construction Management.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, design consultants and trade partners.
• Fully proficient with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain a 4-6 week look ahead schedule.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily reports.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Manage on-site personnel, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
• Review and interpret drawings and project documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate project meetings and participate in progress reviews.
• Identify and address project risks.
