Responsibilities

• Develops work scopes and front-end documents for bidding and participates in the bid process.
• Enforces corporate safety policies on the job site and ensures safety compliance.
• Organizes and manages on-site labor, coordinating contractor work to minimize interference.
• Supports budget management and forecasting by controlling costs and monitoring changes.
• Develops site logistics plans to maximize productivity and minimize impacts on occupants.
• Establishes and implements the project baseline schedule with input from subcontractors.
• Leads pull planning and provides six-week look-ahead schedules to Project Managers.
• Communicates daily issues, events, performance, and progress to Project Managers and stakeholders.
