Qualifications

• 5-10 years of construction project management experience required.
• OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR / AED, and ASHE HCC certification needed.
• Must be able to pass background checks for government projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 15 individuals and subcontractors.
• Oversee construction process and ensure budgeted labor is met.
• Ensure compliance with QC and Safety program.
• Develop reports and submit them to the government.
