Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field management experience with project management collaboration.
• Able to read and interpret design documents and schedules.
• Experience coordinating building and site construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety practices.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and deadline skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of construction activities including maintaining the schedule, coordinating with internal resources and subcontractors, preparing material takeoffs, and reviewing subcontracts and estimates.
• Direct and schedule activities to meet project goals within time and budget constraints.
• Document daily site activities and report to the Project Manager and Director of Field Operations.
• Ensure project costs, schedule and quality are maintained with the Project Manager.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance; conduct weekly project meetings.
• Assist in the permitting process and safety/environmental programs.
• Oversee shop drawings, submittals, and change orders; manage cost projections.
• Coordinate temporary facilities and assist in warranty service post-completion.
