Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Senior Designer to support its retail client’s marketing team. The role focuses on hands-on, omnichannel design across digital, print, retail, and web, within brand guidelines.

You’ll mentor the team and collaborate with cross-functional partners, contributing to a major 2027 website project while transitioning from a contract role to full-time. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional design experience is required.
• Strong portfolio across digital and print.
• Experience designing emails, paid display, paid social, signage, direct mail, and web assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and production requirements.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver high-quality campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and produce integrated creative across digital and print channels.
• Develop emails, ads, and performance marketing assets.
• Create in-store signage kits and POP materials for 800 locations.
• Design direct mail, OOH, web assets, and other marketing materials.
• Support photo shoots and translate photography into campaign creative.
• Mentor and provide creative guidance to other designers.
• Prepare files for digital deployment and print production.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
