Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Analyst (Omnichannel Analytics) to build and scale our business intelligence practice for media and omnichannel clients. You will craft analyses, develop attribution approaches, and deliver client-facing insights using Tableau dashboards and data from multiple partners.

Reporting to the Director, Beyond Insights, this role combines hands-on analytics with cross-functional collaboration across media, strategy, and technology teams in a remote-friendly US

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence/advanced analytics/data analytics
• Experience with omnichannel analytics and reporting for media campaigns
• Experience with SQL, R or Python for data analysis
• Experience with relational databases and Snowflake or Databricks
• Visualization/ dashboard creation with Tableau or PowerBI

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and deliver time-based performance reporting for media and omnichannel campaigns (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Integrate media, channel, and partner data sources into Tableau dashboards and client-facing reports
• Conduct data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and mining across structured media and marketing data sources
• Develop quantitative analyses, predictive models, and attribution approaches to explain performance and optimization
• Craft analyses and insights that answer clients’ key business questions and present findings to clients and stakeholders
• Partner with media, strategy, data engineering, and marketing technology teams on measurement methodology
