Vuori, Inc. seeks a Senior Omni & Growth Product Leader to own RFID-enabled inventory, Endless Aisle, BOPIS and related omni-channel capabilities. You will drive the strategy, roadmap and cross-functional delivery to connect stores, digital channels and inventory into one guest experience.

You will lead a small team and collaborate with Retail Ops, E‑Commerce, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance and Engineering. Strong analytical and executive communication skills are required.

Competenze

• Experience owning omni-channel capabilities in a multi-store retail environment.
• Fluency with POS, mobile apps, OMS, inventory visibility, and ERP integration patterns.
• Proven track record of driving roadmaps and business cases with measurable revenue or margin outcomes.
• Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with BI tools.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication; agile leadership.

Mansioni

• Own the omni-channel product portfolio including RFID, Endless Aisle, Ship-from-Store, BOPIS and related capabilities.
• Define and execute the future-state omni experience across POS, OMS, inventory visibility and ERP integrations.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards; pilot programs and testing strategies to prove impact before scale.
• Lead RFID strategy from pilot to enterprise rollout with vendor management and processes.
• Develop a 12–24 month roadmap aligned with revenue, margin and customer experience objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Retail Ops, E- Commerce, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance and Leadership.
