The role focuses on developing assays, conducting high-throughput screenings, and advancing oligonucleotide programs in a fast-paced, science-driven setting. The candidate will perform cell culture optimization, molecular assays (bDNA, RT-qPCR), and genetic manipulations, collaborating across teams to drive discovery and technology development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years industrial experience in a relevant field is highly appreciated and advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop assays for high-throughput oligonucleotide screenings
• Execute high-throughput screening of hundreds to thousands of molecules
• Optimize cell culture, bDNA, RT-qPCR, and transfection
• Design probes and perform compatibility tests, plus western blot
• Work with automated liquid handlers and instruments (KingFisher, QuantStudio)
• Independently execute and refine techniques with general guidance
• Multi-task and shift priorities based on department needs
