Job summary

TechDigital Group in San Jose, CA is seeking an elite, hands-on Okta IAM Operations Engineer & Architect to lead administration, L2/L3 incident resolution, and architectural development of our enterprise identity platform. You will own the complete identity continuum—B2E, B2B, and B2C—driving scalable, secure authentication and authorization across multi-cloud and on-prem environments, with IaC automation.

Candidates should bring 8+ years in IAM, deep Okta experience, and experience with

Qualifications

8+ years in IT with 5+ years in Enterprise IAM focusing on Okta.
Experience across B2E/B2B/B2C IAM ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and deploy scalable Okta IAM solutions for multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
Drive greenfield integrations (SAML, OIDC) and API-driven provisioning.
Automate IAM tasks using Terraform, Python, or PowerShell to reduce manual overhead.
Monitor, secure, and administer MFA policies, Sign-On policies, and API security.
