ERM is seeking a Principal Consultant, Due Diligence (Mergers & Acquisitions) to join our growing team in Houston, TX / Austin, TX / Dallas, TX. Advise investors, PE firms, banks, and energy companies on upstream and midstream oil and gas deals, helping identify risks, opportunities, and value creation.

You will lead environmental liability, EHS, and ESG due diligence, mentor consulting teams, and collaborate with ERM’s global experts to deliver high-impact deal support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or related field.
• 6–8 years (12+ preferred) in environmental consulting and 10+ years in oil/gas due diligence.
• Strong project management, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Lead teams and manage multiple client engagements across regions.
