Job summary

Trimble is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Architect to lead the integration strategy across ERP systems, cloud, and on‑premise apps. You will design end‑to‑end, scalable architectures leveraging OIC, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and related tools.

You will drive technical delivery, governance, and collaboration with IT, Finance, and Security teams while mentoring teams across multiple time zones. A strong background in cloud infrastructure and API‑based integrations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering field.
• OCI Architect Associate or Professional certification.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, automation, and platform operations.
• Strong hands‑on cloud engineering and infrastructure experience.
• Core Experience: 10+ years in professional integration development.
• 5+ years with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• 3+ years with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL processes.
• Proven expertise with OIC Connectivity Agents, Scheduled Orchestrations, and SaaS/On‑prem adapters.
• Proficiency in SQL, XSLT, REST/SOAP, and OAuth security protocols.
• In‑depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware products.
• Proficient in APEX and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
• Strong background in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
• Deep understanding of OCI core services.
• Proficient in using REST APIs for system integration.
• Open‑source technologies and cloud services familiarity.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion, Commerce Cloud, CPQ, and E‑Business Suite.
• Advanced Tools: VBCS and Oracle SOA Suite experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
• Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Self‑starter with a passion for advancing technology.
• Adept at handling issues, action plans, and leading solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end‑to‑end cloud and hybrid integrations across ERP and SaaS apps.
• Lead OIC development, design, and architecture across orchestration and mappings.
• Configure diverse OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, DB, ERP Cloud, Salesforce, Workday).
• Create complex mappings using XSLT, JSON, XML, and JavaScript.
• Develop REST APIs and event‑based integrations within Oracle PaaS.
• Guide the integration lifecycle from requirements to deployment and hypercare.
• Establish patterns for error handling, logging, and throughput.
• Maintain integration catalogs, API libraries, and SOPs.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Commerce, SCM and Security for governance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy laws.
