Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead to lead enterprise integration initiatives across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid application environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining integration strategies, designing scalable and secure integration architectures, establishing governance standards, and leading technical teams in delivering high-performance enterprise integrations. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, API-led integration, enterprise application connectivity, process automation, and integration architecture, along with experience integrating Oracle Cloud Applications and third-party enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Application Integrations

• Lead integration initiatives involving Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Applications, and third-party SaaS applications.
• Ensure seamless data synchronization, workflow orchestration, and process automation across enterprise systems.
• Support business processes across finance, human resources, service management, customer operations, and shared services.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, ERP, HR technology, business analysis, and other technical teams to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.

API Management & Security

• Design and manage APIs using Oracle Integration Cloud capabilities.
• Implement API governance, lifecycle management, and security standards.
• Support authentication and enterprise security frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Operational Excellence & Delivery Governance

• Monitor and optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues.
• Establish proactive monitoring, alerting, and production support mechanisms.
• Support release management, production deployments, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
• Manage integration risks, dependencies, and operational challenges.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across integration workstreams.
• Lead, mentor, and guide integration developers and technical teams.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture compliance assessments.
• Support technical capability development, certification initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
• Promote engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex integration-related technical issues.
