Job summary

RINA Prime Value Services International Ltd is seeking experienced Local OHSE Senior Professionals to support on-site Health & Safety compliance activities across NAM. This freelance role covers locations including New York and Washington D.C., with Italy referenced in project scope.

Responsibilities include adapting checklists to local legislation, conducting on-site inspections, identifying gaps, preparing audit documentation, and reporting in English to the OHSE Project Director.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local OH&S regulations.
• Fluent in the local language and comfortable working in English.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Practical and commercially minded approach with evidence integrity.

Responsibilities

• Adapt the corporate OH&S checklist to local legislation.
• Conduct on-site H&S inspections and collect supporting evidence.
• Identify and prioritize compliance gaps and corrective actions.
• Prepare clear, structured audit documentation and action plans.
• Work closely with local management, Building Managers and contractors.
• Provide reporting in English to the OHSE Project Director.
