You will supervise medium to large teams, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients to define scope and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in instrument design or related field.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supervising medium to large teams.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools and engineering documentation.
• Experience with offshore/onshore oil & gas projects and related industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise medium to large teams producing instrument design and/or deliverables.
• Manage team productivity, assignments, and performance with input to staffing decisions.
• Interview candidates, train personnel, and implement design workflows and standards.
• Plan work, estimate budgets, and prepare complete design packages including engineering calculations.
• Create detailed drawings and BOMs, and verify drawings for accuracy and compliance.
