Advatix, Inc. is seeking an experienced Offset Prepress Manager in Sturgis, MI to lead prepress operations across multiple print platforms. The role focuses on delivering premium packaging with strict color accuracy, while driving automation and continuous improvement.

You will manage a high-performing team and collaborate with design, sales, and production to ensure flawless execution and sustainable production practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prepress experience in offset printing (packaging preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of color management, proofing, and print production standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day prepress operations across offset, flexographic, and hybrid print platforms.
• Ensure accurate file preparation including trapping, color correction, proofing, and imposition.
• Champion G7 color standards and a zero-defect quality mindset.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, sales, and production teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement within prepress workflows.
• Support premium brand standards, ensuring packaging meets high-impact retail expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable production practices.
• Manage and develop a high-performing prepress team in a fast-paced growth environment.
