Crowe seeks a Senior Offensive Security Consultant to join our Cybersecurity team and help clients navigate evolving threat landscapes. You will lead offensive security engagements, test IT controls, and mentor junior consultants while delivering practical risk-based recommendations across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, offensive security, or related consulting/industry roles.
• Deep knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix, and databases like SQL/Oracle.
• Networking fundamentals and OSI model knowledge.
• Proficiency with common offensive security tools (Metasploit, Burp Suite, BloodHound, Nmap).
• Experience or curiosity about AI and automation in cybersecurity and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Offensive Security engagements including: internal/external network pen-testing, web app pen-testing, wireless pen-testing, social engineering, red teaming, purple teaming.
• Evaluate/test IT controls and security configurations; provide remediation recommendations.
• Conduct cybersecurity assessments across standards/frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800.53, CIS).
• Present findings to stakeholders including IT, Information Security, and executives.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
