Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Offensive Security Senior Consultant to help organizations navigate evolving threat landscapes by delivering practical cybersecurity and risk solutions. You will work with our Cybersecurity team on advanced engagements across industries and mentor junior staff.

This role emphasizes growth, communication, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable guidance for IT leadership and executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, offensive security, or related consulting or industry roles.
Deep working knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix, and databases (SQL, Oracle).
Networking knowledge including OSI model.
Proficiency with common offensive security tools and frameworks.
Experience with or curiosity about AI and automation tools in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Lead or support Offensive Security engagements: network, web, wireless, phishing, red team, purple team.
Evaluate IT and application security configurations and controls.
Provide practical recommendations for vulnerability remediation.
Present findings to IT, security, and executive stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
Participate in service line innovation and thought leadership.
