Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Offensive Security Senior Consultant to lead and support high-value cybersecurity engagements across industries. You will perform penetration testing and advise on practical remediation to strengthen clients' security.

In a fast-paced consulting environment, you will mentor junior staff, contribute to practice development, and collaborate with our Cybersecurity team on AI-enabled security initiatives. Strong communication to executives is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
2+ years of cybersecurity, offensive security, or related consulting/industry experience.
Deep working knowledge of Windows/Linux and databases (SQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with offensive security tools (Metasploit, Burp Suite).
Interest in AI/automation tools in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Lead or support Offensive Security engagements including internal/external network penetration testing, web and wireless testing, social engineering, red/purple teaming.
Evaluate and test IT controls, security configurations, and interface security.
Provide practical remediation recommendations.
Conduct cybersecurity assessments across standards (NIST CSF, NIST 800.53, CIS) and present findings to stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
Participate in practice development and thought leadership.
