Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Offensive Security Manager to lead or support high‑value cyber engagements across industries. You will work with the Cybersecurity team to perform advanced assessments, deliver actionable findings, and guide clients through remediation in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The role requires deep OS knowledge, scripting skills, and experience with security tooling, plus the ability to convey complex concepts to executives while growing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, cybersecurity, engineering or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, OSCE or similar are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or offensive security consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support offensive security engagements (network, web, and wireless pentests).
• Evaluate IT and application controls, test configurations, and security interfaces.
• Provide practical remediation recommendations and client-facing findings.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.
