Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• CISSP, OSCP, OSCE, or similar certification.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, offensive security, or related consulting or industry roles.
• Deep operating systems knowledge (Windows, Linux/Unix) and databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Practical experience with offensive security tools and frameworks.
• Scripting or programming skills; interest in AI/automation in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Offensive Security engagements including network and web app pentests, wireless testing, and red teaming.
• Evaluate IT controls, security configurations, and provide remediation recommendations.
• Conduct cybersecurity assessments against standards/frameworks and present findings to leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in practice development, including methodology innovation and thought leadership.
