Job summary

ThreatScene Greece seeks a Senior Offensive Security Consultant to join our Offensive Team (Unit 13). You will perform comprehensive penetration tests across web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and mobile platforms, and lead engagements with clients.

You will shape testing methodologies, mentor junior testers, and deliver detailed technical reports with remediation strategies. Occasional travel within Greece may be required as part of on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in penetration testing across web, API, cloud, and mobile.
• Experience leading teams or mentoring junior testers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Lead phishing simulations and red teaming engagements.
• Collaborate with testers to improve security posture for clients.
• Prepare detailed technical and executive reports with remediation guidance.
• Develop and refine offensive security methodologies and tools.
• Occasional on-site engagements with travel within Greece.
