Qualifications

• Eight+ years of offensive-security experience with hands-on testing.
• Five+ years leading complex engagements or senior offensive-security teams.
• Expert ability to scope and govern safe testing across enterprise networks, apps, cloud, and production environments.
• Demonstrated authority in engagement rules of engagement, risk, evidence, and report acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for penetration testing and red-team delivery across the portfolio.
• Define and mature assessment standards, ROEs, evidence requirements, and reusable playbooks.
• Review and approve engagement plans, attack paths, and data handling controls.
• Guide the technical team, mentor staff, and resolve cross-domain problems.
• Provide hands-on support for difficult network, AD/identity, cloud, and exploit challenges.
• Own final technical quality and acceptance for assessment reports and remediation recommendations.
• Lead technical customer discussions and coordinate with project management on schedules and dependencies.
• Capture lessons learned and evolve capability with changing processes and tools.
