Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Offensive Security Manager to join our Cybersecurity team in the United States. You will lead offensive security engagements, mentor junior consultants, and drive practical risk-based solutions for complex clients across industries.

With 5+ years in cybersecurity, strong scripting, and familiarity with tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap, you will shape program strategy, guide remediation, and contribute to thought leadership as our clients navigate

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, offensive security, or related consulting or industry roles.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency with common offensive security tools and frameworks.
Experience with or curiosity about AI and automation tools in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Lead or support Offensive Security engagements across client environments.
Mentor and supervise junior consultants; contribute to team development.
Develop and test IT/control security configurations, provide remediation recommendations.
Present findings to IT, Information Security, and executive leadership.
Contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
