Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Offensive Security Manager to help organizations navigate evolving threat landscapes and regulatory requirements. You will work with our Cybersecurity team to deliver high‑value security engagements across industries, leading or supporting programs, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to practice development.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cybersecurity/offensive security, strong knowledge of OSI/network concepts, and proficiency with tools like Metasploit and Burp

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, OSCE, or equivalent are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, offensive security, or related consulting/industry roles.
• Deep working knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix and databases (SQL, Oracle).
• Working knowledge of networks and the OSI model.
• Proficiency with offensive security tools and frameworks (Metasploit, Burp Suite, BloodHound, Nmap).
• Knowledge of detection engineering/blue team operations and evasion techniques.
• Strong scripting or programming skills.
• Interest in AI and automation tools in cybersecurity and secure implementation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Offensive Security engagements, including network, web, and wireless pentesting, social engineering, red/purple teaming.
• Evaluate IT and application security controls and provide remediation recommendations.
• Conduct cybersecurity assessments across frameworks (NIST CSF/800.53, CIS) and present findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
