Job summary

ARETUM Holdings LLC seeks an experienced SODO/CCO professional to lead proactive cybersecurity efforts and protect systems across environments. You will assess risk, implement security controls, and monitor posture while coordinating with agencies and planning conferences.

Role requires active Secret clearance, extensive AOC experience, and willingness to travel. This is a federal contracting position supporting critical defense missions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years progressive AOC experience in roles such as FDO, SEAD DO, TCT Chief, Interdiction DO, CAS DO, culminating as SODO/CCO.
• Minimum 2 years as Offensive Operations Team Mentor or related role.
• Operational background in bomber, fighter, or air battle management.
• Deep familiarity with AFTTP 3-3 and doctrinal processes for SODO.
• Subject Matter Expert in Falconer Weapon System and common AOC tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assets and assess deviations affecting the Air TaskingOrder (ATO); coordinate with affected agencies.
• Serve as the SODO/CCO expert and provide doctrinal guidance for positions under the SODO, including CASDO, INTDO, BDO, CSAR, TST, EW/SEAD.
• Act as Exercise Execution Replicate on one or more AOC positions during exercises.
• Perform duties of the Chief of Combat Ops (CCO), coordinating with JECG to meet training objectives.
• Liaise at planning conferences as the AOC representative and serve as LNO at forward exercise locations.
